Our Client is looking for a Corporate/Funds Managing Associate
The role would suit both a Fund Establishment Lawyers and a M&A / Corporate Lawyers.
Partnership opportunity for a right candidate.
Skills/ Knowledge required
You should ideally have some post-qualification experience gained in a strong corporate team at a City or top regional firm and a personal desire to play a key role in the future growth of a dynamic and innovative practice.
Experience working in corporate real estate or real estate funds, or on cross-border transactions, is desirable but not essential.
Abilities/ Aptitudes:
As well as having excellent technical skills, you must be flexible, sociable and a good team player.
Strong academic qualifications (i.e. 2:1 or equivalent) are essential.
