Opportunity for a Real Estate Paralegal to join a leading Southern practice.
Our client is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to join their Southampton office, With offices in Southampton, London, Richmond and Lymington, they have built a widespread reputation for delivering consistently excellent work. They prefer to promote from within the firm so there are plenty of opportunities for progression for those who show skill and potential. The role will involve providing administrative support to Fee Earners to ensure excellent legal services to clients. The successful candidate will be the first line of enquiry for clients and will be able to confidently explain the firm's services. Duties will be varied and include: report writing, managing diaries, arranging meetings and drafting documentations.
Role requirements:
-Administration experience gained within a legal environment ideally within Commercial Property
-Excellent organisational skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to type at a reasonable speed
-Knowledge of legal terminology, documentation and legal practices
-High level of IT skills in Case Management Systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Accounts package
