A junior Planning Lawyer is wanted for a one-off opportunity with a leading top 100 law firm. This role will suit an individual who is looking to be part of the most well regarded Planning teams in London and handle a varied and high quality case load. The remuneration package for this role is outstanding.

My client is a recognised and market leading South East based law firm and they are now offering an exceptional Planning Lawyer the opportunity to join their Planning team. The Real Estate department is strong with its team members having specialist knowledge across a full range of Planning, Construction, Residential and Commercial areas. Property is also their biggest and most lucrative department.

The client base offers work no other firm will work with, including energy companies, strategic land owners, property developers, land promoters, charities, retailers and individuals. The ability to build strong relationships is key for this role.

The Planning Lawyer will be committed to and have specialist knowledge of Planning, ideally with proven experience in s106 agreements, compulsory purchase advice, planning applications and appeals, promotion agreements, and planning aspects of due diligence. This role is guaranteed to offer a lot of diversity.

Applications are invited from 1 - 4 year PQE Planning Lawyers who have trained and qualified with a reputable firm in London. Those from top regionals will also be considered and strong academics are a must.
