Our client is an established City law firm providing legal services to a range of clients from private individuals to large multinational corporations.


A new role has arisen for a residential property lawyer to join a growing team dealing with a large number of properties from shared ownership sales to new builds across the country.

You will be assisting on a variety of aspects from drafting leases and reviewing agreements, to preparing and the setting up of site documentation to reviewing acquisition reports including putting together sales packs.


To be considered for this role you will be a qualified residential property lawyer with 3 years+ PQE with strong academics, coupled with evidence of good quality experience gained from a top City or national law firm.

You will have in depth experience of all aspects of residential plot sales and have good drafting skills and some experience of supervising paralegals and trainees within the team is highly advantageous.
