An exciting opportunity for a commercial/IT lawyer c 3 PQE to join an established in house team within this

successful and fast growing business


This is a commercial role, the work will focus on the following :-.

The successful candidate will be expected to handle a mainly commercial contracts workload with additional

responsibility for IT/IP issues

The post-holder will be expected to review, negotiate and draft one off and standard contracts, terms of business,

technology agreements, IP and data protection contracts.

This is a business facing role so candidates must be confident enough to work alongside the various business teams

and board members.


To be considered for this in house, role applicants must have a relevant commercial IT/IP background, ideally

with some in house experience. Due to the nature of this role, applicants must able to demonstrate the necessary

skills to handle a busy and varied in house role.
