IT SUPPORT FOR CITY OF LONDON LAW FIRM.
Permanent opportunity for someone with a minimum of a year's experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support in a law firm or other professional services environment.
You are joining a thriving City law firm comprising approximately 100 people, and based within walking distance of Liverpool Street and Moorgate tubes, you will be working with one other support analyst to record and resolve all 1st and 2nd line support calls..
Other duties include managing backup and some file restores, arranging day to day maintenance of desk top, lap top and mobile devices, administration of antivirus and firewall, and user administration of the firm's phone system. Also you will be assisting with inductions for new starters when the in house trainer is not available.
