Excellent new opening, just in, for an ambitious, experienced Property Litigator looking for fantastic work and career progression opportunities but also a work/life balance in one of the best and most desirable locations in the region !

Our client is one of the leading firms in Bath and also offer other offices including in London. They are regularly in the news for their progress and successes, and this is an especially interesting and exciting time to be joining the firm so they are regularly attracting the very best candidates whether this is from within the SW region or from London.

They have just announced this new vacancy within their Property Disputes team, to be based in Bath, and they are ideally looking for the right individual with perhaps at least three or four years strong, relevant experience in this area of practice. In return, they can offer an already very well-known and successful team, plenty of genuine opportunities for personal progression within the team, and a very strong basic salary, bonus and benefits package.

The work is top quality but also varied so every day is different. You will be able to get involved in a range of work for a variety of clients, both local, regional and national, including landlord and tenant issues, boundary disputes, rights of light matters and leasehold enfranchisement cases.
