Commercial Property Finance Lawyer
A niche property / property finance law firm which works closely with its clients.
As a result of increasing instructions, a new opportunity has arisen for a confident property solicitor to join this busy team.
The work will involve handling property and loan origination work for bridging lenders and lending both on commercial and residential property.
You will be a property solicitor from 2-5pqe with good experience of a broad range of commercial property matters, ideally including lending.
This is a very hands on role driving through individual transactions from when instructed by the lender clients to completion, usually to tight timescales.
The typical workload involves a larger number of discrete loan transactions at a time (generally to SMEs or for residential property investment) rather than a small number of huge projects on which a team of people work together (although the firm also deals with larger loans, portfolios etc).
You will need to be able to work on your own with minimal supervision.
This is an exciting role where you will be working with a collegial and friendly team.
