Residential Real Estate Associate (NQ-2 PQE)

A highly ranked, prestige international law firm is seeking a residential real estate associate at the NQ-2 PQE level to undertake a fascinating role within its Real Estate team.

The department is led by partners with outstanding reputations in their field who take a hands on approach to mentoring and developing their associates. The team is growing and intends to crystallise its expertise within a number of key geographical regions. The firm has an entrepreneurial culture and actively encourages associates to be involved in the growth of the offering in a strong client facing capacity.

The team deals with a wide range of ultra-high value residential real estate work, including advising both domestic and international clients on buying and selling residential real estate in the UK and internationally, managing acquisitions in overseas jurisdictions and co-ordinating advice on tax-efficient structures for holding real estate.
