Commercial Lawyer (maternity leave)
Our client, a leading independent global asset management firm, is looking to hire an experienced commercial lawyer to join their legal team in London.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the company’s third party administration contracts, including custody services, fund administration and transfer agency. Other responsibilities will include advising, negotiating and reviewing contracts, including technology agreements, commercial contracts and contracts involving advertising and media agencies. These may include advising on IP and various other legal issues in relation to the marketing activities and advertising campaigns.
The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong negotiation skills are a must as well as organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise workload due to the extensive range of work you will be covering. You will be a team player and have the ability to influence others, whilst having strong analytical skills.
A suitable applicant will have 5-6 years post qualification experience* from a leading law firm or in-house role with a background in commercial contracts.
