Education Lawyer required to join a local authority based in East Anglia for an initial 3 month period.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Lawyer to work within a sought after local authority. Applications are welcomed from candidates who have previous local authority or private practice experience.
The successful candidate will take on a varied role, handling a range of education matters to include;
● SEN matters
● Admissions and appeals
● School exclusions
● Advisory work
● Conducting advocacy
Previous experience of handling SEN Tribunals is essential, and it is desirable that the successful Education Lawyer is a confident advocate.
