They are now actively seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer.

The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial Property Lawyer to join a specialist team in West Sussex. Managing a busy and varied caseload, the successful Lawyer will provide high quality advice and assistance, in commercial property transactions including: high value sales and purchases; landlord and tenant matters; development projects and; expansion of property portfolios. In addition you will actively involve yourself within business development initiatives, promoting the services of the department and firm as a whole. 

The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor or Legal Executive NQ-4 years’ PQE gained within Commercial Property;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills across all levels;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be pro-active, professional and detail orientated;
You will have a desire for professional development.
