Paralegal/Legal Executive/Solicitor - Casualty

A new opportunity has presented itself for a qualified Solicitor or experienced Litigation Executive to join one of the most comprehensive UK legal networks as part of their Bristol office. The successful candidate will be joining the Employers Liability/Public Liability Casualty team with a caseload consisting of primarily litigated EL and PL cases on behalf of key insurer clients.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a team of 20+ Fee Earners with exceptional potential for further growth and development. You must be able to handle a varied workload in accordance with client protocols and with an appropriate level of supervision. Act as a point of contact for clients, demonstrating a level of knowledge and skill commensurate with experience. As part of the The Claims Solutions team you will be advising insurers and corporate clients in their defence of claims of all values, types and complexity.
