Specialist Lending Documentation Officer

We are looking for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Lending Documentation Officer to work for a high profile financial institution who have offices in Manchester. You will need to have excellent drafting skills and be familiar with drafting complex and robust documents relevant to the financial sector. You will also have experience of dealing with Companies House and/or Land Registry and be able to communicate well with the Relationship Teams. You will have to consider regulatory implications of certain facilities and if appropriate, carry out analysis of the applicability of various exemptions as well as be aware of the legislative framework of the consumer credit regime in the UK. Candidates need to be degree educated (preferably in Law) and the role would suit candidates who are 0-3 years PQE or those that have undertook the LPC and who have more than 12 months paralegal experience in a commercial environment. The role requires a high level of attention to detail.
