A superb opportunity has arisen for a confident and ambitious LPC graduate to join a well-respected and busy Liverpool city litigation practice.
The role will involve working initially as a paralegal with genuine prospects of being offered a training contract within six months’ time.
You will be involved in assisting partners and qualified solicitors undertaking the following aspects of case management including:
- preparing instructions to counsel
- arranging and attending conferences
- managing claims through the MoJ portal or appropriate litigation protocols
- obtaining witness statements of fact
- instructing experts
- drafting pleadings
Preference will be given to those who have either previous PI or professional negligence experience, or have completed the PI module of the LPC. Strong academics (2:1 at degree level) are essential.
