Residential Property Conveyancer, Bedfordshire - This highly regarded law firm is seeking a Residential Property Conveyancer who will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

 

JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer

PQE REQUIRED: 2+ Years PQE

LOCATION: Bedfordshire (Commutable from: Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire)

SALARY: Highly Competitive Salary

 

THE ROLE:

This highly regarded law firm is seeking a Residential Property Conveyancer who will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. The newly appointed Residential Property Conveyancer will be joining a busy department with must have the ability to handle a heavy and varied work. The successful Residential property Conveyancer will be expected to conduct work to include but not be limited to opening new files, assisting with purchase transactions, undertaking searches and checking search results, issuing sale contracts and dealing with enquiries and sales transactions from start to completion.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Residential Property Conveyancer will have excellent communication skills as they will be dealing with, developers, estate agents and clients on a daily basis. The ideal Residential Property Conveyancer will possess good typing skills, excellent organisational skills and have the facility to work well under pressure. As a Residential Property Conveyancer you will be a team player and fast thinker able to adapt to a busy workload.
