Position: In-house Legal Counsel

Area of Law: In-house/Compliance/ Commercial
PQE: 3+ yrs

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years PQE gained in-house or within private practice.

The candidate will advise the business on commercial agreements, compliance with some management of disputes and litigation along with experience in carrying out investigation and due diligence, gained in private practice or in-house.

Excellent communication and drafting skills are essential, as is the ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally. The post holder will have a pragmatic and commercial approach, and possess the ability "make things happen" and facilitate continuous improvement.
