Due to new client wins and growth plans within the team, a permanent Industrial Disease solicitor is needed for its NIHL / Deafness department.

Your new role
You'll handle a defendant caseload of NIHL / HAVS litigated files whilst mentoring junior members of the team. You will be heavily involved in business development and your strong leadership skills will help define the future success of the team. Your primary responsibility is to work through your own NIHL / Havs caseload and maintain a strong relationship with your clients.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience as a successful Industrial Disease Solicitor would be essential for the team's success. You will have a strong track record in high billable hours as well as good quality academics from a highly regarded university.
