Locum Commercial & Residential Conveyancer
A Conveyancing Locum with a minimum of 3 years PQE and capable of managing a split commercial and residential property caseload is required to join our reputed and friendly private practice firm in North Yorkshire w/c 19/09/2016 for 5 weeks, working 3 days per week.

The Locum Commercial & Residential Conveyancer will be required to comprehensively work under pressure and be able to communicate well with both clients and colleagues. The Locum Commercial & Residential Conveyancer is required to manage a busy caseload of Sales, Purchases, Help to Buy Schemes, Transfer of Equity, Commercial property acquisitions, sales and leases as well as landlord and tenant agreements. You will be required to meet deadlines and keep meticulous records of data.
The successful Locum Commercial & Residential Conveyancer must have a minimum of 3+ years PQE and be available to commence the assignment w/c 19/10/2016 working 3 days per week and be able to commit to the 5 week duration of the assignment. As a Locum Commercial & Residential Conveyancer you will be capable of using a case management position successfully, meeting deadlines and be self sufficient. It is imperative that you are a team player and have a willingness to adapt with a 'can do' approach. Applications will be considered from Solicitors, FILEX or Licensed Conveyancers.
