Debt Finance Lawyer (ISDA exp) 4yrs PQE+ - Contract In-house

The Client:

Our client is a well known international capital markets house who are looking for a contract lawyer to join their legal team

The role:

Working as part of a small team and sitting with the business you will be responsible for the complete process end to end. This role will be responsible for both the negotiation and execution of the Derivatives documentation as part of project finance, securitisation or structured finance deals. This will include receipt of credit approval through to execution of the ISDA/CSA. You will take responsibility for prioritising deals, management of the documentation, ensure consistency in terms negotiated and provide advice on issues as they arise surrounding the transactions.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have circa. 3+ years’ experience PQE* experience of negotiating ISDAs as part of project finance, securitisation or structured finance deals gained in-house or with a leading private practice firm. The candidate will also have a good understanding of the Derivatives markets and associated regulatory developments is essential for this role.
