In House - Chief Legal Officer- Technology Multinational- Armenia -12+ pqe

We are currently working with a technology multinational who are looking for a Chief Legal Officer to be based in Armenia. Our client is consumer focused digital business with an established world class legal function. Due to growth and expansion of the company, they are now seeking a senior lawyer with at least 15 years experience. This role will focus on minimising risks that arise within the company, corporate governance, regulatory management and providing legal support for the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong regulatory background and knowledge of laws across emerging markets and already have prior experience working at a senior strategic level within a business. A background in the TMT sector would also be advantageous. Candidates must be fluent in Armenian and English.

You must be a strong lawyer but also be able to demonstrate that you are able to engage with key stakeholders at a strategic level, that you are a team player and able to integrate into a multi-cultural global team. In-house experience at a senior level is preferred however we will consider strong law firm candidates.
