In House: Commercial lawyer for international communications giant

Our client is part of the worlds leading independent media communications network for the digital age. 

This role will join a well established UK based in house team at an exciting period of growth.

This is a very hands-on role with the individual assisting with all aspects of legal work on behalf of the UK business and its subsidiaries and assisting the parent company in corporate initiatives as necessary from time to time. Day to day work will involve drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with clients, media owners and suppliers in relation to all aspects of traditional and digital media strategy, planning and buying, together with digital creative production and event management. Any experience of M&A work would be ideal but is not essential.  

candidates will ideally have around 4 years post qualified experience gained from either a magic circle or top city law firm with solid commercial training.
