Their Construction team is part of the Infrastructure, Construction and Transport sector group, which in turn sits in the wider Litigation and Regulatory practice group. They enjoy an enviable reputation in the market as an employer of choice and are renowned as being a good firm to work for.

THE ROLE

They require someone who is experienced in the main forms of construction contracts (familiarity with NEC3, FIDIC and EPC contracts is preferable), professional appointments, warranties and bespoke development agreements.
You will have excellent soft skills such as communication, client relations, team-working and project management. The firm would also welcome applications from NQ Solicitors due to qualify in Sept 2016, providing you have completed at least one seat in contentious Construction.
