Salary : £16,000 - £21,000
As a Legal Secretary working in a busy, fast paced department within a Top 50 Legal Firm, you will have responsibility for the Solicitors and Head of Department.
The Legal Secretary will have excellent attention to detail as well as having a high degree of speed whilst ensuring accuracy is absolutely essential.
You will be expected to assist with ad-hoc business development and communication activities e.g. diary management, booking client meetings, client contact reports, delegate packs etc

Previous secretarial experience with a minimum typing speed of 65 wpm would be advantageous.
You must be able to demonstrate that you are able to work to and meet deadlines, have the ability to prioritise your workload, whilst having an excellent eye for detail with a concern for quality and accuracy.
As a Legal Secretary/PA, you will have the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels within the firm.
