Our client, an international full service law firm, is seeking the assistance of an employment solicitor to join the employment group to cover a maternity cover contract for 6-9 months. The candidate will have 8+ years' experience as a qualified solicitor and will be able to commit to the firm on a full time basis for 6-9 months, starting in December 2016 / January 2017.
The successful candidate will be confident, keen and enthusiastic with strong organisational and communication skills, the desire to learn and good attention to detail. The role will involve you dealing with a range of employment law matters including running employment tribunal claims, advising on grievances, Advising on TUPE and outsourcing agreements, drafting the employment section of due diligence reports, and some high court exposure.
This role would be suitable for those who have the experience and gravitas to cover at partner level, although the role will not have any partnership responsibilities, it will be purely fee earning.
