Corporate (M&A) Associate - US Firm

The distinguished Corporate team, within this prestige US firm, is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate within the 3-4 PQE level.

This team is headed by a partner with an impressive client base and has been making waves in the market both by the notable mandates it is consistently being involved in and its acquisition of high profile partners. It presents the fascinating opportunity to work on Corporate M&A deals in the technology, telecommunications and life sciences sectors. The team deals with a broad range of corporate matters within a range of sectors, both domestic and international.

The new joiner will be working on cross-border M&A transactions, including advising clients in private equity backed M&As, investment funds, privatisations and shareholder disputes. Furthermore, the successful candidate will an extensive understanding of English law, great academics and strong corporate M&A and general corporate experience.
