Our client an established Law Firm is looking to recruit an experienced RTA Litigator to join their office in Dewsbury.
The successful candidate will be working as part of a close knit team, dealing with files from instruction to settlement.
Working on a caseload of 150+ RTA claims, a high proportion are litigated so significant experience of issuing is essential for this role.
It is anticipated that to handle this level of caseload, you will have around 2-3 years fee earning experience, although applications are invited from candidates with less experience as long as they are able to demonstrate significant experience and in depth understanding of the litigation process. In addition to litigation experience, knowledge of the RTA portal is essential.
Salary is depending on experience plus a bonus scheme based upon performance. For the right candidate, progression is available with this role.
