Industrial Disease Fee Earner, Leeds
Our client, a well known firm based in Leeds are recruiting for several Industrial Disease Fee Earners to join their team.
The successful candidates will have 1 years experience minimum in order to be considered for this role, either pre-litigated or litigated. If your experience is pre-litigated, you will need to demonstrate an eagerness to be trained in litigation as eventually that is what the role will evolve into.
They have vacancies in both their Assessment and Resolution teams, the Assessment team weigh up the cases that come through and asses the merits of the claim and whether or not this will be worth taking on. The case, if successful will then be passed to the Resolution team to resolve. Candidates are expected to be fully confident in dealing with their own caseload.
