The Client
We are working with a Specialist Law Firm, for a Debt Recovery paralegal role in South London.
The Role
The work will be challenging, as you will have to effectively manage your own caseload of Debt Recovery claims, from the defendant being notified through to settlement/ judgements! You will be supporting senior solicitors and also assisting with the training of the more junior staff! The firm are looking for someone who can instruct and brief counsel before hearings, whilst also reviewing and assessing liability cases.
