THE FIRM
This young-but-ambitious legal-services firm is based in easily accessible offices in Worcester. A “one-stop-shop” providing advice and assistance with a wide range of legal matters, the firm is expanding rapidly and is now recruiting for a commercial property solicitor to join the team and take on an interesting mix of work. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing firm and really make this role your own.
THE ROLE
Initially, the successful lawyer will be taking on existing work in leasehold property matters including short leases and licences, and related landlord and tenant work but this is also a great opportunity to move the department forward through marketing and business development and extend your area of practice substantially. This is a supportive, friendly and ambitious working environment and the firm is looking for a “good fit” in terms of character and personality just as much as experience. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a solicitor of at least 2 years’ PQE or an experienced legal executive;
Preferably have a following of clients, although this is advantageous rather than essential;
Have first-class client care skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in clear, straightforward language;
Be a real team player, ambitious for yourself and the firm.
