THE FIRM

A “one-stop-shop” providing advice and assistance with a wide range of legal matters, the firm is expanding rapidly. Among the roles they are looking to fill is that of an Insolvency Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive for their Litigation department. THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a dynamic Litigation Solicitor or experienced Insolvency Legal Executive on a full time, permanent basis. Working alongside a team of dedicated and experienced practitioners, you will manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious Insolvency matters, Bankruptcy, IVAs and other reliefs. Determined, results driven insolvency litigation lawyers with an appetite for a challenge are encouraged to apply. Salary will be dependent upon experience. THE CANDIDATE
You will;
Be an Insolvency Solicitor from NQ – 4 years PQE or;
Be a Legal Executive with at least two years’ experience in the field;
Demonstrate the ability to handle complex cases confidently;
Have excellent academics;
Be pro-active, client focused and detail orientated.
