THE ROLE
As a Residential Property Conveyancer you will be running your own caseload of matters through to post-completion stage. In keeping with the firm’s commitment to offering an outstanding level of service, you must have exceptional client-care skills and be prepared to commit to continuing training and ongoing research. Processing conveyance transactions through to completion, dealing with post completion matters and keeping technically up to date by training and research will also be required for this role. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a qualified member of CILEx or a Licenced Conveyancer, or working towards qualification,
Have experience of Residential Property Conveyancing matters
Work well as part of a team and be CQS accredited having completed the mandatory courses,
Have successfully managed a busy case load and met billing targets,
You will have a great aptitude for business development and marketing,
You will need to be driven, organised and have a great client focused approach.
