We have a great opportunity for a CRM Executive to join an established international law firm in their Bristol office.
The role offers a varied workload supporting the Client Development Systems Manager in the day-to-day running and administration of the global InterAction CRM database and, for the right candidate, an exciting opportunity to develop the role itself. The role holder will be responsible for driving forward the firm’s CRM efforts on a day-to-day basis. As a subject matter export for InterAction, you will be the first point of call for all queries internally and work on aligning the product to the firm’s Business Plan objectives.
- Educated to degree level
- Experience working within a similar CRM role, preferably in professional services
- Working knowledge of InterAction
- Self-motivated, personable and tenacious
- Close attention to detail
- Capable of managing and implementing marketing and BD tasks
- Team player
- Articulate and able to liaise with people at all levels across the firm
- Able to use own initiative
- Enthusiastic approach
