Our client, a global manufacturing business, is seeking a general commercial lawyer (3-8 years PQE*) to join their fast-paced and established legal team on a rolling temporary contract (12 months +).
The role will involve reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various commercial contracts including marketing, agency, consultancy, sponsorship, IT and NDA’s to name a few; and advising on data protection and competition law. You will be working closely with various units of the wider business and project managing external counsel across contentious and non-contentious matters.
The ideal candidate will have in-house experience and experience of manufacturing and sales sectors preferable (B2B and B2C), or if coming from private practice, experience of advising clients operating in these sectors.
