Our client is a well thought of law firm in the heart of Lancashire. They are looking to bring on board a qualified Conveyancer and will look at Solicitors, FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer in this regard.
The successful candidate will be given the autonomy to run their own caseload of conveyancing files and offer advice and support to more junior fee earners over time.
The office is located in an accessible part of Lancashire and the Partnership is willing to offer a very competitive salary to secure the right candidate.
Key duties and responsibilities will include what you would ordinarily expect from a conveyancer e.g. taking instructions, conducting and reporting on relevant searches including title, drafting and preparing appropriate contracts and statements, exchange and completion and post completion formalities.
The successful candidate will be given the support, training and help required to become an important part of the property department.
