My client is an internationally renowned US law firm which has a top tier disputes practice in London. They are looking for a paralegal to provide professional support to their internationally qualified lawyers.

This opportunity will require experience in dispute resolution, including preparation for and attendance at trials and hearings. The core responsibilities of the role will be:

  • Preparing legal submissions and exhibit bundles
  • Preparing electronic bundles of documents and updating electronic correspondence files.
  • Undertaking e-discovery
  • General administration for the litigation team

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and timekeeping skills, showing an ability to meet strict deadlines and effectively complete assignments under time pressure. Computer skills are a must, including experience of e-Discovery platforms, MS office, electronic file management and document scanning. Furthermore, you will be working with lawyers and firm personnel at all levels and so will require excellent interpersonal skills in order to work productively as a team.
