Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Due to unprecedented growth of our client's residential conveyancing workload they have new opportunities to join their highly established law firm in their West Midlands offices for Residential Conveyancing Lawyers and also for a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

The Senior Solicitor is required to supervise and manage the team based at one of our client's West Midlands offices. To be considered for this role you will have a detailed working knowledge of residential conveyancing transactions, and you will have previous managerial and supervisory experience. In addition you must posses excellent client care and interpersonal skills; be able to organise and problem solve and work on your own initiative. Previous experience of using case management and of the Lexcel standard is preferred.

Our client's current teams consist of a mix of solicitors and conveyancers. Our client will support progression. The workload will involve a mix of panel, referred and private instructions. Allocation of new work is managed daily and shared as appropriate. With an excellent administrative support team and a dedicated New Business Team, you will really be able to focus on helping clients to move home quickly and without hassle.
