I am currently recruiting for a small, high street Law firm in Lancashire. Based on organic growth, they are currently looking for an individual to join their existing Personal Injury team as an RTA Litigation Fee Earner. Our client offers a modern working environment with on site parking and further perks. Excellent links to motorway and public transport.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 to 12 months' Litigation experience and the ability to handle a case from inception to completion. They are looking for candidates with experience dealing with RTA claimant litigation work alongside preferred Credit Hire experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior RTA Litigation Fee Earner to progress their career within the Personal Injury sector, in order to be given self responsibility and further exposure to Personal Injury litigation work.

Responsibilities & Experience:

• You will have a minimum of 6 to12 months' Litigation experience
• You will have the ability to handle a case from inception to completion
• willingness and dedication to further career within a growing team and self responsible for own workload
• Self responsible and organised to manage own case load of litigation matters
