My Client is a specialist Personal Injury Firm with offices Nationwide, Due to expansion and the opening of a new office they are looking to appoint a Fee Earner within their Claimant Personal Injury team located in Merseyside.
The Role:
- Responsible for a high volume caseload of Fast Track Personal Injury RTA claims
- To Progress the claim in a timely manner
- To deal with cases with denial of liability and causation arguments
- To be able to assess liability and quantum to include reviewing medical reports
The candidate
You will be at least 2 years PQE and will be experienced of managing your own caseload. You will have a proven track record of running a successful fast track caseload within a personal injury environment. You will be an excellent litigator with strong drafting skills and will have a solid working knowledge of the CPR
Salary for this role will the dependant on experience and is negotiable for the right candidate
