THE ROLE

A marine and international trade lawyer with 4-6PQE qualified in England & Wales is now sought to join the London office.

The practice is international and is serviced by specialist lawyers based in key shipping and trade hubs worldwide.

The size of the team and the depth of its experience means they are well positioned to advise on any shipping or trade-related concern, from the most complex marine incident or financing structure to the more straightforward sale and purchase dispute or cargo claim.

They also offer their clients a wide range of ancillary legal services to include corporate, competition, environmental, intellectual property and tax advice.

ABOUT YOU

With 4-6pqe from an established shipping/marine practice, casualty and marine insurance experience on both the subro and coverage sides is essential

With excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and a team player you will be resilient, with the ability to handle setbacks and pressure.

Able to operate professionally and proactively at all times you will be organised and able to work to strict deadlines and prioritise realistically.

You should also have a keen commitment to business development
