Residential - Commercial Property Solicitor

Residential – Commercial Property Solicitor required for a very reputable law firm in Kent.

Having built up an excellent reputation in the area my client is highly regarded for their conveyancing department boasting a strong client base due to their success.

This role will be based in Kent and offers a very attractive salary and benefits package. Salary - £35-50K dependent on experience.

Handling a varied and mixed caseload of residential and commercial files the ideal conveyancer will handle a busy caseload of files from inception to completion including a mixture of sale and purchases, freehold and leasehold and shared ownership.

Due to the firm’s reputation and recent client wins, this has had an impact on the commercial property department, bringing high calibre commercial property work to the firm. You will be required to ensure all the commercial files are managed in a professional manner handling all landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals.

The ideal candidate will be 2 years PQE but more junior and senior candidates will be considered.  You must have experience of running your own caseloads from inception to completion.
