SALARY: £Dependant on experience
SCOPE OF THE ROLE:
This well established practice is currently seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to deal with the whole conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion. The residential property department is currently working to full capacity and they are currently looking for additional resource through the appointment of a skilled and talented Residential Property Lawyer. The role will require the successful Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to deal with a varied caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, shared ownership, transfer of equity and re-mortgages.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:
Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives, and Licensed Conveyancers who possess a proven track record of dealing with all types of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. As the appointed Residential Property Solicitor you will be able to provide advice on all aspects of residential property law including sales, transfer of equity, shared ownership, re-mortgages and also matrimonial transfers.
