Very interesting opening, which we are dealing with exclusively for our client, for an ambitious, experienced Commercial lawyer.

Our client is a strong, successful, highly regarded 'boutique' Commercial practice in Exeter down in Devon. They have a strong name across Corporate Commercial work, for their Real Estate work, for Employment, for their Commercial Litigation practice etc. Perhaps most importantly they are very well run and have exciting plans for the progress of the firm over the next few years.

As a result of growth and lots of work, and as part of their plans for the firm, the current Partners are keen to further build their non-contentious Commercial offering for their clients with the appointment of another senior level lawyer in to the team and for the right individual this could be both a Partner level position and indeed a 'Head of Commercial' appointment.

The day to day work is a mix of Company Commercial practice with IT, IP, Data Protection work etc, and they are currently working on quite a few deals for clients in the digital space so advising on major software agreements for example. The work is varied and interesting and affords the opportunity to work for a range of clients from large and national to much smaller and local.

There is a strong salary offered and the chance to be involved at the heart of this practice for what they believe are exciting times ahead.
