This is an excellent opportunity for a high calibre Commercial lawyer with strong experiences in the pharmaceuticals / life sciences sector to join firm that is widely regarded as a market leader in the sector.

You will be advising clients on a broad range of EU and German legal issues that affect pharmaceuticals, medical devices and other health and consumer products. You will primarily be working on matters concerning:

- regulation,

- distribution,

- marketing,

- clinical trials,

- obtaining CE marks, and

- licensing.

The role will be mainly non-contentious but you will will also have the opportunity to advise, in conjunction with your colleagues who are focused on litigious matters, on matters of:

- product liability,

- product recall,

- human bio-material,

- data protection, and

- breach of contract issues.


You will need a working knowledge of German and EU law (you needn't necessarily be a German-qualified lawyer but ideally will have done some of your legal studies in Germany) and previous experience of commercial work for pharmaceuticals clients.
