Our client, a leading South East firm, is seeking two associates to join their rapidly expanding and well-regarded commercial property department. The position arises due to continuing growth, and the position offers excellent career prospects.

The group handles a broad range of real estate work and includes teams dedicated to dispute resolution, construction, planning and environmental. The main areas of expertise are:

· Development
· Investment
· Corporate occupiers (including retail/office/industrial)
· Banking

Clients include mid tier businesses (whether quoted or owner-managed), household name PLCs and other major international groups, and high net worth private clients.

An associate solicitor is sought to join an existing team, many of whom have experience with leading City or regional firms. Candidates should have good inter-personal skills, strong academics and high quality experience - typically with a major City or leading national/regional practice. (Ref 1044863)
