Residential Conveyancer, Shropshire - A progressive and reputable law firm is in need of an additional Residential Property Lawyer to deal with a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions.

SALARY: £Dependant on experience

SCOPE OF THE ROLE:

The need has arisen for a well rounded Residential Property Lawyer to cover the full remit of residential property law. The residential property team deals with all types of residential property matters such as sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, new builds and help to buy. The newly appointed Residential Property Lawyer will be responsible for their own caseload of residential property files from initial instruction through to completion.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Due to the continued success of the team this leading Shropshire law firm is looking for Residential Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 years recent conveyancing experience. You will be required to undertake a varied caseload of residential property matters including remortgages, transfer of equity, shared ownership, sales and purchases and also new builds. Applications are welcomed from Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, or Qualified Solicitors who are bright, ambitious and driven with the determination to succeed. Ideal candidates will possess the desire to network, market and business develop.

THE FIRM:

This highly rated leading law firm are currently on the lookout for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to conduct an existing caseload of residential property transactions. The team boosts a number of experienced individuals who provide professional advice on a range of residential transactions including sales and purchases, remortgages, equity releases and deeds of easements. The successful Residential Conveyancer will be joining a well regarded team and must be able to come in and hit the ground running. Your duties will include handling a high volume caseload from instruction through to post completion.
