Regeneration Lawyer required to join a London based local authority for an initial 3 month period.

Our client is looking for is looking for a qualified solicitor to undertake a range of duties within a large, busy office in central London.

The successful regeneration Lawyer will primarily deal with a mid to large scale regeneration projects on behalf of the Council. The work undertaken is going to be of a very high quality, making this a great opportunity to gain invaluable Regeneration experience.

This role will also involve handling the following matters;
● Dealing with governance issues on a large housing development
● Land disposals
● Complex acquisitions
● Leases and licenses
