Property Lawyer - Sydney

SYDNEY: REAL ESTATE - 2+ YEARS (AU OR EQUIVALENT) - Prestigious international firm.

We have a close relationship with this prestigious top tier international law firm. They pride themselves on their global strength, commercial thinking and on delivering a market leading experience to their clients. This firm is looking to recruit a solicitor to join its real estate team in Sydney. The team enjoys being the law firm of choice to many listed trusts, investors, fund managers, owners and occupiers and developers on all aspects of their real estate transactions.

You will have a minimum 2 years experience (AU or equivalent) in real estate advising on large scale developments at a top tier or magic circle firm. You will have excellent analytical, communication and research skills with a strong knowledge of the real estate industry, and be commercially astute. You will enjoy working as part of a committed team and have the ability to develop strategic relationships and networks. An ability to apply core property and commercial law principles to a wide variety of investment and development scenarios is desired.
