Residential Property Lawyer - Prestigious Firm

A large regional law firm with ideally located offices in Liverpool City Centre is looking to recruit a qualified Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive for its large and well respected private client team.

Applicants with at least 4 years’ worth of good quality residential property experience are sought for what is a prestigious role.

The role is to work closely with the firm’s private client and wealth management team providing residential property advice to its high net worth client base.

The role will involve all manner of residential property based work including:

Sales/purchase

Leasework

Transfers of part

This is a role which will involve a high degree of client care and technical property advice above and beyond standard residential conveyancing work.

Benefits include:25 days’ annual leave (plus bank holidays), private healthcare, pension, death in service benefit, bonus scheme, generous maternity/paternity leave, enhanced occupational sick pay.

Starting salary up to £38,000 for the right candidate.
