Family Solicitor or Legal Executive - Newton Abbot - Devon
My client has a long established, friendly, family law practice running for over 15 years.
They advise on only privately funded family law and have an excellent reputation for giving quality legal advice locally and beyond.
At the moment, this small, boutique firm are turning work away as they are very busy!! As a result, they are recruiting for an additional family fee earner.
You will be responsible for handling a broad case load to include divorce, ancillary relief, pre-nuptial & post nuptial/cohabitation agreements.
Although this is a full time vacancy, this firm appreciate and encourage a "work life balance". You should be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 2-3 years experience and capable of working reasonably unsupervised.
